Omnibl provides AI-powered translation services through a subscription-based SaaS platform, allowing users to upload and translate documents online.

To use Omnibl, you must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and can enter into a binding legal agreement.

4. Account Creation & Responsibilities

• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use

5. User Obligations

• Upload illegal, infringing, or malicious content

7. File Management

• Files are deleted automatically after your account is deleted or upon completion of the translation

• We do not retain copies after deletion

8. Payments & Subscriptions

• Payments are processed via Stripe

• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually, based on your selection

• You may cancel at any time; access continues until end of billing period

• Refunds are available within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal, if services have not been used

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• We provide the Services “as is”, without warranties of any kind

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• You are responsible for your use of the Service, including your data and uploaded content

10. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time; we will delete your data within 30 days

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any disputes will be resolved under Bulgarian jurisdiction.
